Sweat and Serve: A Fall Fitness and Tennis Clinic

Join us for the ultimate combination of fitness and tennis with Mission Slim Possible and MilesAheadTennis. Each session includes a 30-minute low-impact movement exercise workout to get your heart rate up and ready for the tennis lesson that follows. This fall clinic is designed to help you improve your tennis fundamentals while staying fit.

  • Sept 29th (Session 1): Focus on forehands, backhands, and volleys.
  • October 6th (Session 2): Practice rallying forehands and backhands.
  • October 13th (Session 3): Learn how to serve.
  • October 20th (Final Session - Sweat and Serve Graduation): Point play to reinforce your tennis skills, graduation celebration with mimosas & food.
